With over two decades in real estate under my belt, I’ve seen it all—the highs, the lows, and everything in between.  I’ve got the knowledge and experience to make this big investment in your life smooth sailing!

• Christina kicked off her real estate gig back in January 2001 in Cedar Rapids.
• I’m all in as a full-time real estate pro.
• Proud member of CRS, NAR, IAR, and the National Sales Society.
• Received the 5.5 Million Award in '12, '13, and '14.
• 2015 saw me soar into the Top 6% among 90,000 Coldwell Agents Nationwide.
• Nailed the 5.5 Million Award in '13, clinching the #10 spot in the company.
• Hit the 7 Million Award in 2016.
• 2 years in a row = 6 Million Award in 2017/2018, landing in the Top 5% among 90,000 agents.
• Scored big in 2019 with the 8 Million Award, still rocking the Top 5% among 92,000 agents.
• Bagged the 6.5 Million Award in 2020.
• Reached new heights with the 8.1 Million Award in 2021.
• Held steady with the 6.0 Million Award in 2023.
• Graduated from the Floyd Wickman International Sales course.
• Worked hard for a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Western Illinois University back in Dec '98.
• Happily hitched to Tom Axvig.
• Proud mother to 3 kids who all attended College Community School.
• Real estate investing is my jam, whether it’s snagging rental properties or flipping fixer-uppers. Currently rocking 13 rental properties out of the 30 we’ve owned.  I can help you get started.
• Love soaking up quality time with family and friends.
• Camping, jet-setting to Jamaica, Nashville, Phoenix, and Las Vegas are my idea of a good time. And of course, gotta sneak in some retail therapy and workouts whenever possible.  I heart my Peloton.
